Retreats and Intensives

I really like the concept you got going here… the combination of psychology & movement. Doing exercises like that can be pretty draining (like the more mental stuff we did), but having breaks in between with stretching as well as this being a way it self to physically connect with one another is awesome.

We found it to be a great experience for both of us. The information you gave us and the exercises, both communication and physical exercises were very helpful. It reminded us how much communication is important.
